Starting at the design stage of our highly quality engineers will give you a comprehensive system and application appraisals as well as technical advice after studying your requirements. This may include a visit to the site to assess field installation and commissioning needs.
In addition, the following are some of the hands - on customer services and support that we can provide for our current clients.
- Delivery on - site installation and / or maintenance by trained professionals.
- Engineer’s attendance at the site for start up and commissioning.
- Service & Repair and Maintenance Contract extends to round the clock by qualified service engineer.
- Customer training courses in theory and practice of the operation, safety and maintenance procedures.
