NICAD POWER PTE LTD

Services & Support

Support at every stage.

Nicad Power Pte Ltd provides service and support throughout the life of your battery installation. From the design stage, our qualified engineers assess your system and application requirements and provide practical technical advice. Where required, a site visit helps establish installation and commissioning needs.

Our services include:

  • On-site installation and maintenance by trained professionals.
  • Engineer attendance for start-up and commissioning.
  • Service, repair and maintenance contracts with round-the-clock support from qualified service engineers.
  • Customer training in operation, safety and maintenance procedures.

Installation and commissioning

Our engineers support on-site battery installation, start-up and commissioning. A review of the application, available space and site conditions helps establish the work required before the installation is brought into service.

Commissioning provides a starting point for future maintenance. Battery identification, installation checks and initial operating observations can be retained with the site’s service records.

Preventive maintenance and service contracts

Planned service visits help keep battery installations ready for their standby duty. Maintenance scope can include visual inspection, review of the charging system, connection condition and battery care appropriate to the installed NICA range.

The work programme should reflect the battery type, operating environment and site access requirements. Service, repair and maintenance contracts provide a structured approach to ongoing support, with round-the-clock support available through the agreed contract arrangements.

Service, repair and performance review

Changes in battery behaviour, charger operation or installation condition should be reviewed together. Share the symptoms, alarm history and previous service records with our team so the next steps can be assessed in the context of the complete system.

Where a performance assessment or capacity test is required, the work must be planned around the installation’s standby duty and continuity requirements. Findings help establish suitable follow-up actions and future maintenance priorities.

Customer training and maintenance records

Customer training covers the operation, safety and maintenance procedures relevant to the battery installation. It helps site personnel understand routine observations, recognise changes and know when to request further technical support.

Keep commissioning information, service observations and completed maintenance reports together. Consistent records make it easier to review the installation’s history and plan subsequent service visits.

Arrange a service visit

Send our service team the battery model and cell count, installation location, charger details and a brief description of the work required. To help us prepare for your service visit, please share relevant photographs, system information and recent maintenance records where available.

Let us know about site access, permit requirements and any planned shutdown window so the visit can be coordinated with your operating team.
